Strategy Manager

We are working with Digital Pharmacist, a PE-backed software firm that provides a comprehensive digital engagement platform to over 7500 pharmacies. Founded in 2012 and based in Austin, Texas, Digital Pharmacist prides itself on helping to transform the landscape with its client-facing offerings that enable pharmacies to attract new customers, become more efficient, and grow their businesses.

 

 

The Position

 

The Strategy Manager will lead and support projects across all aspects of strategy and growth. By developing corporate strategy, executing market research, setting OKRs and overseeing integrations, the Strategy Manger will be fundamental in bringing critical and mission-driven projects through to fruition.

 

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a structured, metrics-driven and fast-paced environment, able to drive results, and have excellent communication skills.

 

Primary responsibilities include:

 

  • Set strategy, develop plans, and manage the execution of M&A integrations
  • Support the development of the company’s corporate, business, and product strategies
  • Define, scope, plan, execute, and report on strategic initiatives
  • Research our markets, competitors, products, and stakeholder ecosystem to develop perspectives and extract actionable insights
  • Access, compile, transform, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data
  • Build robust, flexible, and adaptable qualitative models to inform decision making across the company
  • Steer the design, implementation, and awareness of OKRs
  • Support the development of materials for our board of directors
  • Connect disparate teams, ideas, and insights to drive alignment with our strategies and objectives

 

 

Qualifications and Candidate Background

 

The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • 2-5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, corporate development, preferably in the technology, SaaS, or healthcare industries
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with productivity tools in the Microsoft or Google ecosystems
  • Extensive experience building models in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint
  • Experience resolving conflict, influencing, and negotiating
  • Comfort making decisions under pressure and against deadlines
  • Proven time management and prioritization skills
  • An excellent track record working collaboratively across teams

 

 

Location

 

This role will be based in Austin, TX with minimal travel
