Position details

Client / Situation

  • Our client is one of the largest live music companies in the world, dedicated to all aspects of live music including producing and promoting global and regional concert tours, music events and world-renowned festivals
  • They engaged us to find a Strategy Analyst will partner with leaders across the company to address critical challenges and develop and execute strategies that drive business improvement with a focus on festival and concert analytics, performance reporting, consumer research, and new business development

Objectives / Mandate

  • Design and execute analysis of festival and concert business results, including financial, marketing, operations, and customer data
  • Develop business performance reporting for management, and providing strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Design and conduct music consumer research, including surveys and customer analysis, and helping develop new consumer products and services
  • Help design and launch new business intelligence and data reporting systems, and helping ensure ongoing data quality and accuracy
  • Work with data scientist and the strategy team to develop predictive and statistical models to analyze and improve business performance
