Client / Situation

  • Our client designs and manufactures high-reliable power switching and control components for aerospace, ground vehicle, rail, and high-end industrial applications, and is known for their products, featuring quality components housed in customer-selected assemblies, that provide a new level of added-value service
  • They engaged us to find a Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating sales and growing the company’s business in his or her region

Objectives / Mandate

  • Plan and oversee the company’s sales strategies, maintaining existing business, and generating new business
  • Build relationships with key accounts
  • Develop and implement sales strategy, as well as analyzing and determining market potential and sales estimates
  • Provide support, information, guidance, and quality service to customers
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Provide market intelligence and contributing to the company’s knowledge base
