Position details

Client / Situation

  • Our client is the largest private owner of freestanding veterinary hospitals, pet resorts, and specialty pet hospitals in the United States, with over 600 sites worldwide, including Canada, Australia, and New Zealand
  • They engaged us to find a Marketing & Sales Analytics leader to drive key quantitative growth initiatives, ad-hoc analyses, and report development

Objectives / Mandate

  • Develop actionable insights and key reports, and help formulate strategic direction of all marketing efforts
  • Pull data, analyze and summarize results from various data sources (e.g., 3+ billing systems and one call center system) for executive presentation
  • Develop, prototype, and execute analyses, including (but not limited to) ROI and CLTV insights
  • Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for marketing & call centers (sales)
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards that communicates status and evaluates effectiveness of all ads, promotions, offers and campaigns
  • Lead strategic initiatives such as Net Promoter Score programs
  • Manage marketing analyst(s) and work with them to optimize reporting
  • Design and execute key tests which will drive the development of insights
  • Build, develop and grow business relationships across the organization that are vital to the success of projects
