Client / Situation

  • Our client is a trusted leader in distributing innovative diagnostic technologies to major research, biotech, and pharma laboratories in Western Europe
  • They engaged us to find a Head of Sales who will serve as the liaison to the company’s pharmaceutical and biotech clients, and will be a consultative sales leader who can leverage tangible experience in life sciences research to build and grow accounts

Objectives / Mandate

  • Build an active sales funnel of opportunities across the product portfolio
  • Provide technical support to clients via knowledge of the product line and effective communication of applications
  • Develop strong customer relationships through identifying and maintaining strategic accounts and clients
  • Develop and implement a coordinated business plan based on customer needs
