Position details

Client / Situation

  • Our client is a game-changing health plan management platform for self-insured employers, focused on care quality and the elimination of waste
  • They engaged us to find a Head of Customer Success responsible for building and leading the customer success team and increasing the company’s value to clients

Objectives / Mandate

  • Help transition the company to a product-based service model
  • Build and train a customer success team, to include converting current Team Leaders to Customer Success Managers
  • Serve as the liaison from the product team to the client and improving product delivery to customers
