Client / Situation

  • Our client is a provider of aviation services to commercial and government defense clients, helping their customers operate more efficiently and maintain high levels of quality, safety, and service by providing quality inventory management, parts supply/distribution, engineering services, maintenance, repair and overhaul, command and control centers and airlift operations
  • They engaged us to find a Director of Sales who will be responsible for overseeing the company’s overall electronics sales strategy, generating new business and maintaining existing business

Objectives / Mandate

  • Build lasting relationships with key and target accounts and converting prospects to customers
  • Develop and implement sales strategy, as well as analyzing and determining market potential and sales estimates
  • Provide support, information, guidance, and quality service to customers
  • Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Provide market intelligence and contributing to the company’s knowledge base
