Position details

Client / Situation

  • Our client is a VC-backed start-up that is one of the fastest growing tech companies in the country, partnering with Fortune 1000 companies and large academic institutions to offer higher education as a benefit to entry-level and hourly employees
  • They engaged us to find an Academic Solutions Consulting Manager who will work at the nexus of Fortune 1000 employers and academic providers leading program design projects and proposals for current and prospective clients, then translating this discovery work into a plan and working with Associates to execute at an elite level.

Objectives / Mandate

  • Work with the largest employers in the country to identify their key talent objectives and strategies
  • Craft and present strategies around how existing and future partners can be leveraged to meet talent objectives
  • Support Partnerships and Sales teams in new partner acquisitions and existing partner expansions
  • Understand and develop new insights about academic program providers, programs, and outcomes
  • Lead a team of associates to design and present academic solutions to meet employer needs
  • Achieve established OKRs and expectations while demonstrating a passion for Guild’s mission
